This screw has two sets of threads with alternating heights. High-Low screw is often used for low-density materials, such as nylon plastic, wood and others. It reduces driving torques, enhances resistance to thread stripping, improves pullout strength and lessens the risk of cracking the workpiece.Snow White® High-Low screw has another special design called 'neck' under the screw head. With this design the screw is reinforced and free from the strength of shear forces.
