1.	Please carefully read our 'Terms and Policies' before submitting your order.

2.	We accept major credit cards and PayPal^®. Payment must be handled by PayPal^® online paying system. Check here for PayPal^® details.

3.	We use FedEx, EMS, and Regular air parcel to deliver your order. Since shipping rates vary among shippers, we will inform you the shipping cost
	once we receive your inquiry. Usually the arrival time is 4~5 business days by FedEx, 1 week by EMS and 2-3 weeks by Regular air parcel.

4.	We hope to have your buying information as detailed as possible. The following information is what we suggest you to include in your inquiry:

	⊙	Product size. Make sure you are ordering the correct size. All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Shipping costs related to non-defective returns are the responsibility of the party placing the original order.
	⊙	Buying quantity (Don't hesitate to ask us for a discount if you have a volume order!)
	⊙	Billing address and shipping address. If you are buying our products as gifts for family members or friends, we can deliver the order to the address you assign.
	⊙	Inquiries for replacing parts (bearings, wheels, toe stopper, wheel axles...) or Accessories.
